Thor: Love & Thunder — What Happened Marvel?

Thor: Love and Thunder is not the worst movie I’ve seen lately but for a MARVEL movie…it was bad.

If you’re expecting something on par with, or better, than Thor: Ragnarock you’re gonna have to turn the volume all the way down on your expectations.

This is what I failed to do.

I was especially disappointed because Christian Bale DID THE DAMNED THING! His performance as Goor the God Butcher was AMAZING and he deserved a better opponent than “Thor the Closet Comedian”.

Why did Chris Hemsworth accumulate all those rippling pectorals and corded biceps — to pine over an ex-hammer (Mjolnir) while assuring his current battle-axe (Stormbreaker) that he only has eyes for her?

That sh*t was weird.

Apart from Iron Man making an appearance, the only things that would have made this movie tolerable were Thanos, a gauntlet, and a snap.

HOWEVER, while I’m convinced that DC Comics uses an online Movie Script Generator for all its films, I’m confident that the talented Marvel writers, directors, and producers will bounce back from this and, at least, give us Marvel fans the rivers and the lakes that we’re used to.
